Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Implement Ultra LIMS according to the defined scope for each project. * Map client processes and parameterize the system to meet their specific needs. * Configure and organize the client’s environment within Ultra LIMS, ensuring delivery quality. * Support client activities throughout the entire implementation process. * Lead alignment meetings and negotiate timelines, tasks, and adjustments with clients and the project manager. * Ensure adherence to scheduled timelines and planned deliverables. * Deliver training to end users, enabling a secure and efficient implementation. What We Expect From You: * Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and training sessions. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, and focus on problem-solving. * Ability to work effectively in teams and build strong relationships. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Experience implementing software systems or managing software projects. * Experience delivering training sessions. * Knowledge of laboratory processes or LIMS systems.
