Perform ingredient pre-preparation tasks, including cutting, chopping, peeling, and seasoning food items. Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, including disinfection of utensils, equipment, and surfaces. Assist in dish presentation, following established plating instructions. Contribute to proper food storage and preservation, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service demands, such as processing orders, restocking ingredients, and ensuring timely dish preparation.
