Transport and organize surveying equipment, ensuring it is ready for use. Assist the surveyor in performing measurements, following their instructions to ensure accuracy of tasks. Assist in verifying material and terrain levels, ensuring compliance with specifications. Perform basic maintenance of surveying equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition. And other duties related to the position. Previous experience as a Geoprocessing Assistant, Cartography Assistant, Surveying Field Assistant, or Civil Engineering Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
