Application of continuous improvement initiatives * Responsible for delivering EPLAN product and tool training to customers according to the defined scope, as well as efficiently implementing engineering projects using innovative methods and solutions to ensure service quality, in compliance with pre\-established contractual terms, company and departmental guidelines, standards, and regulations, while applying continuous improvement actions to services to support customer retention and satisfaction. * Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics and/or Industrial Automation and/or Electroelectronics or Electrotechnology is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency and willingness to travel.
