Senior Test Technician

Description

Main responsibilities: * Inspect and/or test energized or energizable electrical panels using specific personal protective equipment (PPE) for performing tasks; even if collective protection measures per item 10.2.8 – NR10 are sufficient to control the risk; * Identify pending items for panels under assembly; * Responsible for organizing and maintaining testing area equipment; * Co-responsible for cleaning and organizing the workplace; * Identify materials required to complete panel assembly. * Responsible for maintaining personal work tools; * Perform external tasks outside the Luzville assembly site when requested, provided such activities are consistent with those performed at the assembly site. * Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Identify non-conformities in panels under assembly; * Request rework from assemblers when necessary; * Assist in developing the Luzville mounting standard; * Perform tasks according to the work instructions defined in the flowchart relevant to the activity. **Note:** Has autonomy to request project adjustments and suggest improvements to panel assemblers, always with the consent of the Assembly Supervisor. Requirements: * Qualification: Technical course specifically in the electrical field. * Prior experience as a Test Technician. Advantages: * Knowledge of the 5S Program and ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards. * Courses related to the designated position. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation; * NR-10 (up-to-date) + SEP (up-to-date) training course.
