Ticket queue management and SLA compliance Job Description: Act as the focal point for local support requests; Provide technical support in a corporate environment; Perform installation and configuration of IT equipment (laptops, printers, and basic networking); Install and configure software; Support IT inventory routines and movement of IT assets; Manage the ticket queue, ensuring compliance with established SLAs. Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; Prior experience with on-site technical support; Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (10/11\), Microsoft Office suite, hardware, and Apple computers (macOS); Familiarity with Windows server administration (Active Directory); Basic knowledge of creating and managing email accounts, distribution lists, and forwarding rules in Office 365; Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ITIL; Certifications related to Office 365 and Azure.
