We seek committed individuals with analytical insight, out-of-the-box thinking, and agility to join a team delivering excellence in results. **Responsibilities** **Your daily activities will include:** * On-site technical support directly to users; * Remote technical support; * Preparation of technical reports in the ticketing system; * Installation and maintenance of equipment, Wi-Fi network configuration; * Daily routine of backup verification and alert monitoring using environment monitoring tools. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Networks, Technology, Infrastructure, or related fields; * Knowledge of hardware, networks (cabled/Wi-Fi), routers, and remote access; * Proactive, organized, with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Familiarity with Windows / Linux operating systems. **Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher allowance – average monthly value R$ 660.00; * Transportation allowance; * Gympass; * Happy Day – One day off during the employee's birthday month; * Life insurance. **Working Hours: 09:00 to 15:00 (Monday to Friday)** Work Location: On-site
