Job Description – Field Technician Key Responsibilities Maintenance and installation of components in notebooks, desktops, printers, and servers; Hardware maintenance for microcomputers; Installation and configuration of operating systems and drivers; On-site technical support (in-person assistance); Corrective and preventive maintenance; Replacement and installation of parts and components; Technical diagnostics; Assembly and disassembly of equipment; Post-service testing; Recording of service-related information; Careful handling of tools and materials; Compliance with manufacturer procedures (Dell, HP, Acer, etc.). Responsibilities Meet SLAs and deadlines; Ensure high-quality service delivery; Ensure proper use of parts; Maintain confidentiality and information security; Maintain professional conduct during on-site service.
