




The Client Support Assistant will be responsible for direct contact with the office's clients, providing support, clarifying doubts, and ensuring clear and welcoming communication throughout the entire process. They will also organize information and documents, keeping each client's folders updated in the internal system. Key responsibilities include: * Client support via WhatsApp, telephone, and email; * Client follow-up at every stage of the process; * Requesting, verifying, and organizing documents; * Entering data and information into the system and spreadsheets; * Organizing digital folders for each client; * Conducting follow-ups and addressing pending items; * Providing support to the legal and commercial teams whenever necessary. We are seeking a communicative, organized, responsible individual who is comfortable interacting with people. This role is entirely operational and computer-based, requiring attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
