We uphold consistent values, strategic pillars, and a clear commitment that drive our growth and promising future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control transportation operations, supporting audits to maintain carrier performance and timely payments; * Schedule and coordinate shipments through transportation/warehouse planning, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines; * Contract transportation services by engaging partners to guarantee freight availability; * Respond to sales and delivery requests; * Handle emergency and special deliveries; * Conduct carrier qualification, performing technical analyses and on-site visits to ensure excellence and agreed service levels; * Negotiate spot freight rates while respecting timing and pricing policies to achieve lowest cost; * Control sales operations, transfers, and pickups; monitor compliance with agreed time windows with carriers to maintain operational regularity and cadence; * Support supervision in strategic decision-making based on analysis and data; extract data from systems and tabulate performance analyses to demonstrate monthly performance results; * Conduct client visits when necessary to identify solutions and alternatives for transportation and logistics procedures; collaborate with the Transportation Operations Management to assess carrier operational capacity; * Prepare and monitor statistical and/or managerial reports, providing information and data; extract data from systems and tabulate performance analyses to demonstrate monthly performance results; * Lead local transportation projects through critical analyses and opportunity identification to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service level **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Administrative Procedures; * Data Management; * KPI Management; * Negotiation Skills; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Transportation Management; * Power BI – considered a plus. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, On-site Meals, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance, Gympass, and Profit Sharing (PLR).**Optum Support Program:** In partnership with **Ifood**, offering psychological and social counseling—free of charge to employees and extended to their family members—accessible via phone; All qualified candidates will be evaluated for internal opportunities based on merit, performance, and results, without discrimination due to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability. **All our positions are inclusive of persons with disabilities, and your application is especially welcome.**
