Leadership training and development **Responsibilities** Manage contracts by supervising contractual management teams; Develop and implement contractual policies to improve operational efficiency; Supervise financial, material, and human resource management; Manage contracts and suppliers to ensure service quality and support senior leadership in strategic decision-making; Maintain productivity despite high staff turnover; Train and develop leaders by enhancing management and leadership competencies; **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Completed postgraduate degree (Specialization/MBA) in Administration or related fields. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
