Analyze inconsistencies and develop SQL queries for reports and audits. Handle service tickets, prioritize requests, and provide direct support to users and managers. Assist in customizations and integrations using Delphi and HTML5\. Prepare documentation and monitor deliveries, ensuring quality and deadlines. **Requirements:** --------------- Experience with SQL for queries, inconsistency analysis, and supporting report creation. Prior experience handling service tickets, analyzing and prioritizing demands. Knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and Medical Disbursement processes. Ability to clearly and systematically document performed activities. Good communication skills, teaching ability, and maturity for direct interaction with managers and users. Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with discipline for daily reporting.
