We are seeking an **International Logistics Analyst** to manage import and export operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth global logistics processes. This role is strategic in ensuring on-time deliveries, proper documentation control, and alignment among suppliers, customers, and logistics partners. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in international logistics; * Proficiency in Office Suite, intermediate level in Excel; * Solid knowledge of import routines and international freight contracting; * Skills in negotiation, organization, critical analysis, discipline, task prioritization, and interpersonal relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide logistical support to International Trade teams by identifying and proposing optimal market solutions; * Act as a focal point with suppliers (customs warehouses, terminals, carriers, insurers, freight forwarders), negotiating, updating, and controlling price lists, contracts, and commissions according to demands and internal procedures; * Manage insurance policies, performing additions, exclusions, endorsements, preliminary reports, damage reports, protest letters, control and issuance of DDR and PGR, as well as monitoring claims settlement processes; * Conduct and monitor domestic and international freight quotations to ensure competitiveness and efficiency; * Identify and verify invoices received from ports, customs warehouses, terminals, and carriers; * Control receipts and proof documents related to container return terms (RIC), avoiding demurrage costs; * Schedule and monitor shipments with terminals, customs warehouses, and carriers; * Prepare various reports to support decision-making and continuous process improvement.
