Ensure project billing and profitability **[Services] Senior Services Project Analyst** ====================================================== TOTVS | Joinville - SC | Hybrid Job Description Responsible for leading implementation/evolution projects with clients, aiming to ensure implementation quality and success, while mobilizing necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables agreed upon with the client. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead intermediate projects under your responsibility, with and without customizations; * Identify and document project stakeholders based on MIT guidelines; * Serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal departments, sharing data and information via emails, calls/meetings, and system records; * Identify risks associated with projects under your responsibility and register them in the system; * Record lessons learned, based on MIT documentation; * Plan and allocate resources involved in the project; * Report project data to management using performance indicators; * Ensure timely billing of services projects, in accordance with the commercial proposal signed by the client; * Ensure financial profitability of services projects under your responsibility; * Ensure accurate and consistent time tracking for all allocated resources on projects under your responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. **Specific Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite – Excel * Theoretical knowledge of project tools and methodologies.
