Work as an Import Analyst, managing the entire product import process—from supplier contact through to factory arrival and issuance of invoices.

An import company specializing in high-quality products is hiring an Import Analyst, whose responsibilities will include:
* Contacting suppliers in China
* Quoting international products
* Tracking imports from purchase order placement through to factory arrival
* Preparing shipping marks for boxes as required
* Coordinating with finance for foreign exchange settlement
* Verifying import documents—commercial invoice, packing list, and house bill of lading—with the customs broker
* Quoting international freight and verifying freight invoices
* Performing tariff classification for imported items and drafting item descriptions for registration in the Import Declaration (DI)
* Entering import invoices and issuing delivery invoices to customers
* Estimating landed costs and closing cash settlements
Requirements:
* Knowledge of taxes is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field, or currently enrolled
* Intermediate/advanced English for written communication
Work location: Pinhais\-PR, with occasional remote work days to be agreed upon.
