Job Summary: Professional to manage IT portfolio and projects, optimize methodologies and processes, and lead high-complexity strategic initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration. * Knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies, and familiarity with portfolio and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Project Online). * Experience acting as a PMO or project manager, covering all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning through delivery and transition to operations—as well as financial management for both individual projects and the overall portfolio. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency. Desirable Requirements: * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Project Management or Business Management. * Experience in IT-related projects and IT project portfolio management. * Intermediate English and Spanish. * General understanding of the Procurement process, and knowledge and experience in project budget management (Internal Purchase Orders). * Define, implement, monitor, and report portfolio outcomes via budget and KPI management; * Consolidate information related to cash flow from approved IT investments for reporting to FP&A; * Define and optimize IT project management methodologies and processes; * Collaborate with TMO and FP&A to define criteria and processes for project selection and prioritization, ensuring alignment between requested projects and corporate strategy; * Participate in project selection and prioritization committee meetings to guide and ensure appropriate team allocation; * Train and support project managers; * Develop and manage the resource allocation heatmap across projects; * Manage allocation and deallocation of third-party resources per active contracts, aligned with project- or IT operations-defined profiles/seniority levels; * Gather information regarding the "Lei do Bem" (Brazilian Innovation Law) to enable Tigre to claim fiscal benefits from innovation project investments; * Lead high-complexity IT projects tied to Tigre Group’s strategic objectives within the technology domain; * Plan project scope, schedule, and budget to establish mechanisms for performance measurement and results evaluation; * Manage project phases, validating deliverables with technical leadership after each phase to assess alignment with the project plan; * Engage with various stakeholders of the projects under management—or departments interacting with IT—to support IT leadership in decision-making regarding managed projects. 25111202021854939
