Collaborative work environment. **JOB: PATTERN MAKER** We are looking for a **Pattern Maker** to join our team and contribute to the development and quality of our products. **Responsibilities** * Develop manual and digital patterns; * Interpret drawings and technical specifications; * Perform pattern adjustments, corrections, and grading; * Prepare files for printing and cutting; * Operate plotters, with focus on sublimation shirt production; * Monitor fit samples and ensure garment fit quality; * Collaborate closely with design and production departments. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Pattern Maker; * Proficiency in the **Audaces** system; * Knowledge of **Adobe Illustrator**; * Experience operating plotters; * Knowledge of flat pattern making (moulage is a plus); * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in sublimation shirt manufacturing. **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary; * Collaborative work environment; * Professional growth opportunity.
