




**Manufacturer of machinery and products for civil construction, agriculture and livestock farming, and gardening.** **Neighborhood: Aventureiro – Joinville/SC** *Employment Type: CLT Regime* *Work Mode: On-site* **Salary Offer: BRL 1,950.00 + commissions + bonuses.** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:50–12:30 and 13:30–18:02** **Job Mission:** Conduct proactive and reactive telephone and multi-channel sales, identify customer needs, and offer solutions from the company’s agricultural product portfolio, ensuring customer retention and contributing to achieving the company’s commercial targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prospect new customers and maintain the existing customer base; * Conduct telesales activities (proactive and reactive), understand customer needs, and present the company’s agricultural product portfolio; * Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on negotiations, and close sales orders; * Record customer information, proposals, and orders in the management system; * Monitor after-sales service, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention; * Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives defined by management; * Achieve individual and team-based targets set by the sales department; * Maintain close relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and company representative. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage; * Basic knowledge of computer applications and/or sales systems/CRM; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with persuasive ability; * Familiarity with or prior experience in the agricultural sector is desirable. **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Pharmacy benefits * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria / meals provided by the company Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at BRL 1,950.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance
