General Services Inspector

Description

Job Summary: Supervise services, organize teams, control materials, prepare reports, and ensure team safety, hygiene, and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of occupational safety and health Responsibilities: * Supervise performed services, verify compliance with established standards, and implement corrective measures when necessary; * At the start of each shift, inspect equipment and team status, organize\-them, and make necessary adjustments; * Inspect trash bins, containers, and dumpsters to ensure they are suitable for use; * Control and ensure proper placement of equipment, tools, and materials under your responsibility; request replenishment of required materials, tools, and equipment for service execution; * Prepare daily supervision reports for productivity control; * Evaluate team performance and productivity, guiding\-them according to desired standards; * Impose disciplinary penalties (warnings and suspensions) in accordance with documents issued by HR; * Distribute and monitor time clock registration, and justify inconsistencies jointly with the administrative department; * Request work schedule registration and signature on time sheets by fixed-route employees; * Collect signatures on documents (payment receipts, meal voucher and transportation voucher lists, medical certificates, and medical declarations), when necessary; * Complete the inspection form with information regarding visited departments; * Verify that all employees wear uniforms and PPE \- Personal Protective Equipment, and conduct DS \- Safety Dialogues to raise team awareness on safety and health; * Report workplace accidents to the safety technician or HR; * Arrange photographic documentation of activities.
