Their mission is to elevate team performance through close internal consulting, leveraging data and metrics to drive engagement and operational excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategic Partnership (BP): Serve as a technical consultant to leadership, building trust-based relationships and ensuring implementation of best people management practices; Talent Development: Support leadership in diagnosing competency gaps and developing teams' technical capabilities in partnership with the Training & Development (T\&D) team; Metrics-Based Management: Monitor and analyze critical KPIs (Turnover, Absenteeism, Organizational Climate, and Performance) to generate insights and action plans; Performance Management: Facilitate evaluation, feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and meritocracy processes, supporting leadership in developing high-performing teams, retention, and succession planning; Culture and Engagement: Lead initiatives focused on organizational climate, contributing to a healthy, productive, and values-aligned work environment; Conflict Management: Support managers in resolving interpersonal dilemmas and strengthening internal communication; Compensation and Structure: Collaborate on organizational structure analyses, salary adjustments, and cross-evaluation of competencies and merit to ensure equity and retention. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Experience as a Business Partner or HR Generalist, with focus on Human Development and Organization (DHO); * Broad understanding of HR subsystems including Recruitment and Selection, Training & Development (T\&D), Organizational Climate, Performance Evaluation, and foundational knowledge of Compensation; * Valid driver’s license and availability for regional travel (Joinville, Jaraguá do Sul, and Itapoá).
