**Senior Financial Analyst** ================================ TOTVS | Joinville - SC | Hybrid Job Description Implement and support software at client sites, aiming to ensure client satisfaction and the success of the assigned project. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform medium-complexity service activities with a high level of supervision and guidance, either on-site or remotely; * Implement and support software at client sites with a high level of guidance and supervision, adhering to the TOTVS Implementation Methodology and department-established processes; * Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and results, fulfilling assigned tasks in accordance with departmental processes and procedures; * Perform essential activities—including configuration, simulation, and functional testing (of medium complexity)—to ensure correct software implementation; * Monitor testing activities, identify product defects, and generate documentation related to the project execution phase to support timely scope delivery while complying with the TOTVS Implementation Methodology; * Identify issues and distinguish between product- and process-related errors. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or Information Technology** * **Experience: Knowledge of financial operations (e.g., investments, fund-raising, derivatives, leasing, etc.) and at least one year of professional experience implementing software.** Desirable Requirements Familiarity with TOTVS products.
