The Civil Projects Analyst is responsible for leading the development of construction projects, operating within company standards, complying with technical regulations and quality performance indicators. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage project contracting for developments: supplier qualification, monitoring qualification status, requesting contracts, sending contracts, and tracking contract status. * Perform critical project analysis, considering technical, functional, aesthetic, financial, and construction aspects across all project development stages. * Monitor project development and designers' activities. * Develop macro-schedules for project development phases. * Track macro-schedules for project development phases. * Conduct cost analyses of proposed solutions to identify the most cost-effective and beneficial options. * Actively participate in meetings with designers and handover meetings with Production and Estimating teams. * Assist in identifying solutions to align projects with the Performance Standard and other applicable regulations. * Prepare the Development Descriptive Report. * Prepare the Building Performance Profile (PDE). * Monitor project revisions and coordinate discussions regarding queries with the Fire Department, Celesc, and other approving agencies. * Monitor project demands for ongoing construction works. * Conduct site visits to monitor medium-term constraints. * Propose solutions with designers to resolve construction constraints. * Participate in Rôgga’s BIM initiatives and support implementing BIM into procedures related to this role. * Control information in file repositories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree — Civil Engineering or Architecture * Experience in project development * Google tools * Revit and BIM methodology * AutoCAD Desirable * Specialization or Postgraduate Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Project Management **Additional Information** * **PPR: Profit Sharing Program;** * **Meal/Voucher Allowance (no payroll deduction);** * **Attendance Bonus;** * **Transportation Voucher (no payroll deduction);** * **Life Insurance fully covered by the company;** * **Health Plan with no monthly premium for the primary insured, 40% co-payment, extendable to dependents at differentiated rates;** * **Dental Plan with no monthly premium, extendable to dependents at differentiated rates;** * **Pharmacy Benefit Program (payroll deduction applies);** * **Referral Bonus for new hires;** * **Education Incentive Program;** * **Rôgga Career Pathway;** * **Special discounts for purchasing a Rôgga property.** Founded in 2006 in Joinville, Rôgga Empreendimentos operates in Balneário Piçarras, Barra Velha, Penha, Itajaí, Itapoá, Joinville, and Jaraguá do Sul.
