As a Construction Foreman at Rôgga, your main challenge will be to actively participate in the entire construction cycle of developments that improve the human habitat. You will take part in all stages of construction projects, helping supervise team activities under the guidance of Engineers, playing an important role in project planning while ensuring quality, workplace safety, and environmental preservation. **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze and plan with project leaders the technical details and instructions for the project to be executed. * Guide and monitor the execution of the construction schedule. * Manage and lead employees and third parties (contractors). * Ensure proper execution of all construction-related services. * Be responsible for site organization and cleanliness. * Assign tasks and monitor their completion. * Control and prevent waste and material losses. * Guarantee construction quality standards according to company guidelines. * Provide guidance on material usage. * Perform activities meeting cost, deadline, quality, environment, organization, and worksite safety requirements. * Actively participate in company quality, safety, and other programs. * Monitor and supervise service instruction training (IS's) and service verification records (FV's). * Verify progress and execution of all provided services. * Provide prior guidance on the execution of all services performed. * Ensure services are carried out according to project plans and IS's, meeting required quality standards. * Propose solutions to problems and unexpected issues on-site. * Ensure timely completion of services. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma; * Knowledge of reinforced concrete; conventional structures. * Experience in the role, preferably in high-standard vertical developments. * Technical knowledge of all construction phases. * Ability to handle tools for service verification.
