We are looking for a creative, organized Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual communication. This person will be responsible for turning ideas into visual assets that reinforce brand identity and generate positive impact across our internal and external channels. Main responsibilities * Create graphic designs for internal and external campaigns (online and offline). * Develop artwork for social media, presentations, advertisements, institutional and commercial materials. * Adapt visual identities according to brand standards. * Design layouts for landing pages, email marketing, and digital materials. * Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Endomarketing, and Sales to ensure visual communication aligns with objectives. * Edit images, layout materials, and prepare files for printing. * Participate in briefing meetings and propose creative solutions. Requirements * Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields; * Proficiency in tools such as: **Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign** (Figma/Canva is a plus). * Updated portfolio (mandatory). * Creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple demands. Differentiators * Experience in video editing (Premiere / After Effects). * Knowledge in motion design. * Experience creating content for paid media. * Branding experience.
