The Construction Assistant’s mission is to ensure on-site activities are executed within the correct design review, procedures, and planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue material requisitions to contractors; * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing; * Support preparation of Addendum Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Track designs and revisions; * Conduct and verify Field Verifications (FV's); * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Ensure third-party services comply with cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements on site; * Support management in supervising on-site construction execution; * Monitor delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and design tools; * Ability to read and analyze designs.
