Working in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Job Objective** Perform raw material preparation, micronization, and organization used in production processes, ensuring correct segregation, weighing, fine grinding, identification, and maintenance of environmental humidity standards. This position ensures all materials are ready, standardized, and stored under ideal conditions, directly contributing to product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Responsibilities** * Segregate, organize, and prepare raw materials from the warehouse for the Micronization area. * Perform micronization (fine grinding) according to production orders and particle size and safety standards. * Conduct weighing, fractioning, and identification of materials following operational procedures. * Monitor, adjust, and control the humidity level of the environment where raw materials are stored, ensuring humidity remains within defined parameters. * Record environmental data (humidity, temperature, room conditions) whenever necessary. * Operate, clean, and maintain micronization equipment and humidity control devices. * Verify batches, integrity, codes, and expiration dates of raw materials before and after processing. * Ensure production lines are supplied according to quality and timing standards. * Report non-conformities, environmental variations, or material deviations to the responsible supervisor. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with safety regulations and GMP. * Support inventory and stock control processes related to preparation and micronization stages. * Supply materials to the production department. * Store, identify, and register materials in the \\"ERP\\" system. * Assist the warehouse with storage routines. **Requirements** * Completed High School education * Knowledge of control systems (ERP/spreadsheets) is desirable. * NR11 training – Forklift and Electric Pallet Truck certification is desirable. * Availability to work in Araquari/SC. **Benefits** * Meals provided at the company * Health insurance\* * Bonus\* * Charter transportation from Barra Velha to Araquari with fixed pickup points (employee responsible for reaching the main pickup point) * Life insurance * Benefits effective upon completion of the probationary period. **Working Hours** On-site, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1-hour and 12-minute break. **Hiring for January 2026\.** **Application Deadline:** 12/07/2025
