The role involves ensuring humanized nutritional care, supervising food service routines, and supporting team development within a multidisciplinary environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, with active registration in the respective professional council; * Clinical Nutrition; * Specialization in the field is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Patient Care:** Provide personalized nutritional care to renal patients, conduct periodic assessments, monitor clinical indicators, and counsel patients and their families, ensuring compassionate support and safety; * **Management of Food and Nutrition Services:** Organize, administer, and evaluate the unit’s service, supervise inventory, kitchen operations, hygiene, sanitary conditions, and equipment temperature control; * **Compliance and Quality:** Adhere to institutional standards and current legislation, monitor notifications, support audit and certification processes, and ensure biosafety best practices; * **Multidisciplinary Follow-up:** Participate in meetings, case discussions, and interdisciplinary projects, contributing to the quality of care services; * **Team Development and Supervision:** Guide new professionals, provide feedback, promote continuing education, encourage process improvements, and supervise adherence to routines; * **Monitoring and Evaluation Activities:** Track service indicators, manage phosphorus and potassium levels, perform Subjective Global Assessments, and apply specific questionnaires for renal patients; * **External and Institutional Activities:** Conduct technical visits to service providers, participate in health campaigns, scientific events, and corporate activities. **This opportunity is inclusive and specifically open to people with disabilities.** If you match this profile and are seeking a rewarding experience in the healthcare field, don’t miss this chance!
