RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Prepare snacks for patients according to medical prescriptions and/or snacks for physicians as directed by the nutritionist; Answer phone calls, record meal requests from the service center, inform the on-duty nutritionist and dietary aides, and monitor the fulfillment of these requests; Provide prescribed diets, assemble meals, and prepare cutlery and napkin kits; Serve snacks and meals according to patients’ and/or physicians’ diet charts; Collect meal trays from patients and/or physicians; Organize and perform cleaning and sanitization of all materials used during the shift: pitchers, trays, pots, blenders, etc., as well as the work environment; Sanitize meal transport carts during the shift; Refill water in the nutrition department’s refrigerators; Respond to management requests regarding fruit and snack preparation; Prepare snacks for events and coffee breaks when requested; Deliver 20-liter water jugs to departments when requested. Comply with the company’s Good Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to your area of operation, as established by the company or current legislation. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory: Incomplete Elementary Education Desirable: Previous experience in this field is an advantage.
