If this describes you—if you are innovative and have more to contribute—your place is at Schulze. **Job Responsibilities:** * Prepare, send, and track negotiation, renegotiation, and amicable settlement proposals, monitoring responses and reporting results to operations; * Monitor suspended contracts, process write-offs, transfer paid agreements, and perform daily contract closures in the bank’s system; * Request draft agreements from Legal (repossession and revisionary action) and identify cases for referral; * Issue payment slips, analyze and archive refinancing documents, register and update contracts in the system; * Send bulk collection emails and provide customer/financier support via email, phone, and WhatsApp; * Prepare and submit reports, spreadsheets, and performance indicators to the bank; * Request reimbursement of expenses from Finance when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work on-site in Joinville/SC. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance plan – Hapvida (after 1 year of employment); * TotalPass; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR); * Dental plan – Porto Seguro; * Birthday day off; * On-site cafeteria; * Childcare allowance; * Discounts with educational institutions and commercial establishments; * Employee Assistance Program (CARE).
