We seek a candidate residing in **Joinville/SC (or nearby regions)** to work in a **hybrid model.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Platform and Cloud Infrastructure Management \-\>** Ensure the stability, security, and performance of our technology ecosystem. * **Strategic Administration:** Manage and optimize our SaaS and security platforms—such as Cloudflare (ZTNA) and Zendesk—including integrations, configurations, and access policies. * **Proactive Monitoring:** Continuously monitor the health of our cloud-based applications and networks to identify and resolve issues before they impact business operations. * **Vendor and Service Management:** Serve as the technical point of contact with vendors, ensuring contracted service quality and leading issue resolution. **Process Automation and Innovation \-\>** Drive operational efficiency by leveraging technology to optimize workflows. * **Automation Development:** Design and maintain scripts and API-based integrations to automate operational routines and other repetitive tasks. * **AI Implementation (AIOps):** Research, test, and deploy Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance operational data analysis, predict failures, automate incident responses, and improve daily processes. * **Evaluation of New Technologies:** Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) and technical assessments of emerging platforms to keep the company at the technological forefront. **Projects and Information Security \-\>** Lead technological advancement initiatives and safeguard our digital assets. * **Project Leadership:** Plan and execute migrations and deployments of new systems and platforms, ensuring end-to-end project success. * **Security Collaboration:** Partner with the Information Security team to implement technical controls and directly participate in security incident response. * **Technical Documentation:** Create and maintain documentation for architectures, processes, and knowledge bases (KB), ensuring standardization and knowledge sharing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience in Infrastructure and Operations:** Prior experience in roles such as Infrastructure Analyst, Systems Administrator, and/or IT Operations. * **Operating Systems Experience:** Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and/or Linux Server. * **Cloud Networking and Security Experience:** Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPN, and security concepts such as Firewalls and WAF; familiarity with ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) and Cloudflare. * **Integration and Automation Experience:** Ability to consume and integrate systems via APIs, plus genuine interest in automation and emerging technologies (AIOps). * **Agile Methodologies Experience:** Experience applying Scrum and/or Kanban to manage IT projects. * **SaaS Platform Experience:** Administration of complex SaaS platforms such as Zendesk—including workflow configuration, integrations, and security settings. * **Analytical and Diagnostic Practice:** Strong analytical ability to identify root causes across multiple systems and propose effective solutions. * **Leadership Experience:** Prior (direct or indirect) experience leading teams—developing people, delivering feedback, mediating conflicts, maintaining engagement, and serving as both a technical and behavioral reference. * **Hands-On Profile:** Independent execution with autonomy to make decisions and identify improvement opportunities without micromanagement. * **Documentation Experience:** Proven ability to clearly document processes. * **Residence in Joinville/SC or Region:** Availability to work in a hybrid model. **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Practical understanding of security concepts such as Single Sign-On (**SSO**), Multi-Factor Authentication (**MFA**), and user provisioning. * Experience with **Cloud Computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)**, including resource provisioning and monitoring. * Scripting language knowledge for automation, such as **PowerShell**, **Shell Script**, or **Python**. * Database administration experience (**SQL Server**, **MySQL**, **PostgreSQL**). * Technical certifications such as **ITIL Foundation**, **CompTIA (A\+, Network\+, Security\+)**, or Microsoft/Linux certifications. * Experience building automations using **n8n**. **Work Model:** * 8-hour daily schedule (Monday through Friday — no Saturday compensation); * CLT employment contract. **We are a Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our mission is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a comprehensive solution for billing management, payments, receivables advance, and serve over 200,000 customers—including freelancers, micro-entrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
