Our brand stands at the heart of the financial revolution—we are the leading Credit-as-a-Service provider and the #1 Banking-as-a-Service (BAAS) platform in Brazil, with the purpose of transforming the financial market and building, together with our partners, the Bank of the Future. **Main Responsibilities (Tasks and Duties):** * Implement infrastructure-as-code to efficiently manage cloud (AWS) resources; * Use tools such as Docker and ECS for container orchestration and management in the cloud (AWS); * Create and manage cloud-based continuous integration and delivery pipelines to facilitate team deployments; * Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure service performance and availability; * Integrate security practices across all stages of development and operations in the cloud (AWS); * Analyze and optimize cloud (AWS) resource usage to control costs and prevent waste; * Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity; * Plan and implement scalable and high-performance solutions for environments; * Facilitate communication and collaboration among development, operations, and security teams; * Maintain detailed documentation regarding architecture, configurations, and implemented processes in infrastructure and cloud (AWS); * Conduct performance and load testing on cloud (AWS) services to ensure they meet expectations of teams, business, and partners; * Configure and manage cloud (AWS) services according to project requirements; * Integrate CI/CD practices \- Pipelines (Azure DevOps) for automated deployments and updates across environments; * Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure logs to effectively and accurately identify and resolve issues (Datadog and Grafana); * Propose and implement continuous improvements to DevOps processes and tools. **What You Need (Requirements and Qualifications):** * Knowledge of AWS (RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, EC2, etc.); * Knowledge of Azure (Cosmos DB, VMSS, etc.); * Design, implementation, and maintenance of efficient CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps); * Design, implementation, and maintenance of development and testing environments; * Familiarity with logging, metrics, and APM tools; * Verbal and written communication skills; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday (hybrid); * Location: Joinville/SC. **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-aligned salary; * Flexible Meal Voucher (VR Flex) worth R$45.00; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Propay \- Health and Well-being Program; * Partnership with FIAP (discounts on undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA programs in technology); * BMP School (free courses in communication, finance, technology, and other areas); * Building the Future Program; * Annual bonuses; Join us in building the future of the financial market.
