We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join a team of stars at an Accounting Advisory firm in Núcleo Bandeirante – DF, present in the market for 27 years and recognized for excellence in accounting solutions! If you are passionate about the accounting field, this opportunity is perfect for you! **Responsibilities:** * Directly handle accounting, tax, and payroll department routines; * Coordinate, guide, and supervise interns and operational staff; * Ensure deadlines, quality, and compliance of deliverables; * Review accounting entries, tax calculations, and payroll reports; * Attend to less complex clients, clarifying doubts and advising on obligations; * Organize internal processes, workflows, and controls; * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and labor legislation; * Support continuous improvement of office processes. Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, tax, and payroll departments; * Prior experience in an accounting firm; * Experience managing teams, especially interns.
