Job Summary: An Operational Assistant will record, analyze, and handle operational non-conformities; issue RPS documents; assist drivers; and prepare indemnification processes. Key Highlights: 1. Prerequisites: Must be within two hierarchical levels below the target position; Must not have been promoted within the last 6 months; Must not have received a written warning within the last 6 months; Must have completed 3 courses on the UP - Escola Essencial platform; Must understand our business and practiced values; Must possess knowledge of the functional area; Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT? * Record information regarding operational non-conformities in the system. * Analyze and manage operational incidents. * Issue RPS documents to release volumes whose incidents have been resolved. * Assist and guide drivers in resolving operational non-conformities. * Prepare indemnification processes, attaching required documentation in the system and completing the release receipt. * Perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
