Job Summary: Professional to perform material picking, organization, loading, and control, ensuring compliance with procedures and maintenance of a safe and orderly work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Work in warehouse and shipping 2. Handling and verification of materials 3. Organization and loading of cargo **Main Responsibilities:** * Pick internal and external materials according to picking orders, verifying codes, quantities, and documentation. * Perform queries in the corporate system to locate storage positions and identify product availability. * Pick materials according to production orders or requisitions using data collectors and moving loads with manual or electric pallet jacks (when certified). * Load products onto vehicles following established guidelines and procedures. * Organize and load cargo, separating materials by date and distributing them appropriately in trucks. * Prepare shipments according to shipping orders using data collectors and verifying invoices or orders to ensure shipping accuracy. * Support periodic inventory counts by participating in counting, locating, organizing, and identifying stored materials. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, preserving equipment and company assets. * Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management System procedures, correctly using required PPE. * Perform other duties related to the position as needed by the department and under leadership guidance. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing high school education; Experience in warehouse, shipping, or similar activities. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of products, picking, order packaging, and invoices; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Shifts: 1st shift – Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:18 PM; 2nd shift – Monday to Friday, 2:18 PM to 11:18 PM 3rd shift – Monday to Thursday, 11:18 PM to 5:00 AM; Friday, 11:18 PM to 7:30 AM; Sunday, 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM Salary: Starting at R$2.400,00 Benefits: On-site meals + Transportation Allowance (shuttle service) + Life insurance + Attendance Bonus R$ 450,00. After probation period: Attendance Incentive (R$ 60,00) + Health plan.
