Help create a pleasant and memorable stay **Job Description** We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact with our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodations. Hotel Receptionist responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have customer service talent or experience working in the hospitality industry, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. **Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off;** **Working hours:** from 3:12 PM to 11:20 PM \- with a 1-hour break **Responsibilities** * Perform all check-in and check-out tasks * Handle online and telephone reservations * Inform customers about available payment options and verify credit card details * Register guests by requesting necessary information (e.g., contact details and exact dates of stay) * Greet guests upon arrival and assign rooms * Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities * Respond professionally and promptly to customer complaints * Coordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guest needs * Confirm group reservations and arrange customized services for VIP guests and event attendees, such as wedding guests * Sell additional activities and services when appropriate * Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and payments **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * Flexible availability (will work all shifts during training) * Customer service orientation * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Sales-oriented profile **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Receptionist, or similar role is preferred * Prior experience with TOTVS CMNET/VHF system is preferred Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Have you worked with the TOTVS CMNET system?
