This position's mission is to ensure the delivery of support services (e.g., cleaning, organization, etc.) by executing the defined work plan, aiming for user satisfaction and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and organize rooms, offices, locker rooms, restrooms, storage areas, and other environments (general living areas); * Perform general internal and external cleaning at construction sites; * Restock cleaning supplies, cups, soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper; * Carry out minor excavation and backfilling tasks; * Assist the warehouse clerk in organizing the storage area and counting materials; * Load and/or unload materials onto trucks and perform horizontal and vertical material handling on construction sites; * Operate and clean wheel-wash stations at construction sites, including truck tire washing; * Install safety and site identification signage; * Set up safety netting for work areas, move, position, and secure guardrails; * Clear weeds and apply herbicides around the construction site; * Perform minor plumbing repairs; * Assist in applying mortar to slab undersides; * Assist in waterproofing activities, barbecue grill installations, and window installations; * Mix mortar using a concrete mixer; * Monitor and treat brush-washing wastewater and temporary wastewater treatment plants (ETE); * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Assist colleagues and supervisors in related job duties within the area; * Attend meetings and uphold the values and principles outlined in the Code of Conduct; * Follow procedures relevant to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education; * NR 18, NR 35, and NR 12\.
