Job Summary: Coordinate and manage team activities at construction sites, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance with safety standards and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Critical analysis of projects and assurance of execution according to standards We are seeking a professional to coordinate activities of in-house and/or outsourced teams at construction sites across all execution phases, monitoring work progress, controlling productivity, quality, and costs on service fronts under their responsibility. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Be responsible for site activities and the team, including working hours and timekeeping; * Analyze projects and report inconsistencies prior to execution to avoid rework; * Coordinate the team, guiding them on best practices according to the construction phase; * Support procurement of equipment, materials, and services by referring suppliers for quotations; * Ensure execution in accordance with company standards and conduct quality inspections; * Maintain the daily construction log; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of collective and personal protective equipment (CPEs and PPEs); * Perform periodic measurement of contracts with outsourced providers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Course in Building Construction; * Experience in construction execution and management of in-house/outsourced teams; * Ability to analyze and critically review engineering projects and budget spreadsheets; * Availability to work in Joinville/SC; * Availability for occasional travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in construction site management and related administrative activities. **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan with no monthly fee for you and your dependents; * Optional dental plan available for dependents; * Wellhub (discounts at gyms). * Commuter allowance; * Meal or food allowance.
