About the Role You will be responsible for: * Providing technical support to our customers via ticketing systems, focusing on speed and quality. * Assisting users in effectively using the software. * Proposing improvements where applicable. * Consulting partner departments to align technical solutions with business strategies. * Identifying risks, suggesting mitigation approaches, and acting to resolve issues. * Contributing to the creation of technical documentation and service reports. * Analyzing logs and other technical evidence. What We’re Looking For * Strong communication skills: you will interact directly with customers; * Proactivity and dynamism: we seek individuals who make things happen; * Basic technology knowledge. * Desire to continuously learn and grow; What Would Be a Plus * Experience with chemical laboratory routines. * Experience in customer service and technical support. * Bachelor’s degree or technical education in Chemistry or Technology.
