Structured and collaborative industrial environment We are looking for a **Purchasing Assistant** to work in the paint industry, with a focus on supplier relations, negotiations, issuance and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring efficient production supply and cost control. If you are analytical, enjoy negotiation, and understand the strategic importance of procurement to industrial performance, this position is for you. **Responsibilities** * Supplier relations and communication for raw materials, packaging, and industrial supplies. * Conducting quotations and commercial negotiations. * Issuing, tracking, and controlling purchase orders. * Monitoring delivery deadlines and supporting inventory planning. * Verifying invoices related to purchases. * Supporting supplier evaluation and qualification processes. * Liaising with internal departments such as production, quality, and finance. * Managing procurement processes. * Updating performance indicators. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. * Prior experience in industrial procurement. * Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation techniques, and supplier management. * Experience with ERP systems. * Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a strong sense of responsibility regarding deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the paint, chemical, or similar industrial sectors. * Familiarity with chemical raw materials and production inputs. * Experience in cost control and continuous improvement initiatives. **What We Offer** * Structured and collaborative industrial environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Benefits: meal allowance, transportation allowance, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance.
