Job Summary:
Lead risk and compliance management by developing strategies and policies, and promoting a culture of integrity for the executive board and committees.

* Lead the development and updating of the Risk Matrix, conducting predictive analyses of regulatory and market scenarios to guide strategic decisions by the executive board.
* Propose and implement response plans for materialized risks, coordinating cross-functional task forces among Legal, Communications, and Operations to mitigate financial and reputational damage.
* Define and develop strategic integrity KPIs, leveraging advanced data analytics to assess the effectiveness of the Integrity Program and recommend structural adjustments.
* Technically manage external consulting engagements, validating methodologies for risk identification, measurement, and classification as applied to the company's context.
* Represent the company in external reference forums and groups on Integrity and Risk, bringing global best practices to internal policy and procedure reviews.
* Serve as a consultative member of Internal Committees, presenting high-level diagnostics and recommending actions to executive leadership.
* Draft and critically review the area's normative framework (Policies, Code of Conduct, and Procedures), ensuring documentation consistently stays ahead of legal requirements and current technologies.
* Promote a compliance culture across all organizational levels, supporting business units in addressing solutions and resolving ethical conflicts.
* Ensure the accuracy and technical quality of all managerial and analytical reports produced by the area, providing precise inputs for the board/executive leadership.
* Guide and mentor mid-level and junior professionals, ensuring team-wide standardization and technical excellence.
* Proactively safeguard the corporate brand and image by anticipating crises and ensuring strict implementation of the Integrity Program.
* Control document distribution to departments and ensure timely delivery to recipients.
* Prepare managerial and analytical reports for the area, as well as provide informational support—including indicators, critical analysis, and other area processes and procedures—to leadership.
* Stay updated on current legislation, technologies, and procedures relevant to the Risk field.
* Keep immediate leadership informed about area procedures and incidents.
* Safeguard the corporate brand and image.
**Desired Knowledge:**
* **Experience:** 4–5 years in the field.
**Specific Knowledge:** Technical expertise and management capability in enterprise risk and compliance. Desired certifications: CCEP-I (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - International): The most globally recognized certification for compliance professionals. DSC (Compliance Certification Board / LEC): A leading certification in the Brazilian compliance landscape. ISO 37001 / 37301 (Anti-Bribery): Lead Auditor or Implementer certification for Anti-Bribery and Compliance Management Systems. CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control): Focused on professionals managing corporate risks through technology. CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner): Essential for those leading high-complexity investigations and fraud prevention.
**Computer Skills:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Power BI tools.
