Collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a SENIOR QUALITY ANALYST to strategically and operationally engage in the company’s quality control, ensuring efficiency and results. We seek a candidate with analytical thinking, a collaborative profile, team-oriented capabilities, and a focus on continuous improvement. **Objective** Maintain, control, and execute routines of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with PRODIR requirements, ISO standards, and applicable legislation. Independently conduct IMS operational activities within one’s scope of responsibility, contributing to resolving non-conformities and supporting the continuous improvement process. **Responsibilities** * Maintain up-to-date IMS documents, records, spreadsheets, and evidence; * Support certifications and recertifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, among others); * Conduct routine activities necessary to ensure adherence to standards and internal policies; * Monitor pending items and support execution of IMS-derived action plans; * Prepare and organize evidence for audits; * Conduct operational stages of internal audits (checklists, evidence, records); * Assist in external audits, ensuring organization and submission of documents; * Record, track, and support handling of Non-Conformities; * Monitor deadlines for corrective actions and validate effectiveness within one’s scope of responsibility; * Prepare quality performance reports and indicators (KPIs); * Keep platforms, systems, and controls updated (quality, SSMA, certification bodies); * Lead the continuous improvement program across all terminals; * Conduct training related to quality and best practices; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve processes; * Participate in critical analyses of process and product performance. **Requirements:** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Production, Quality, Administration, or related fields. * Completed postgraduate degree in Quality Management or related fields [Desirable] **Experience** * Experience in the Quality field. * Experience conducting internal and external audits. * Experience applying continuous improvement tools and data analysis. **Skills/Knowledge** * Intermediate/Advanced Excel. * ERP systems and quality management software. * Quality tools. * Intermediate English. **Competencies** * Self-development. * Process/Resource optimization. * Quality/Results orientation. * Planning and organization. * Teamwork. **Work Location:** Acaraí **FEEDBACK:** We are delighted by your interest!
