Main responsibilities: * Ensure process compliance with corporate policies and guidelines. * Act as a bridge between operational and strategic areas. * Propose optimization solutions based on data and evidence. * Support internal process audits and compliance activities. * Maintain document governance of policies and procedures. Requirements: * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production Management, Information Systems, or related fields; * Proven experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement; * Familiarity with process modeling tools; * Strong data analysis skills; * Good communication, systemic thinking, and results orientation; Employment type: * CLT (full-time employment); * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM (flexible); * Salary negotiable.
