Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing, Communications, Advertising and Public Relations; * Experience in Marketing and desirable experience with customer relationship programs; * Experience in managing marketing budgets and financial control of marketing activities; * Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts to support data analysis and monitoring; * Knowledge of data analysis tools and marketing performance metrics; * Ability to efficiently manage engagement and marketing campaigns with a results-oriented focus; * Monitor and track the Tigre budget allocated to the Juntos Somos Mais program, ensuring efficiency and adherence to financial planning; * Use advanced Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, budget control, and performance indicator tracking; * Monitor and measure campaign and relationship initiative performance, ensuring correct execution of initiatives, with special attention to budget allocation and utilization; * Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss activity performance and propose improvements and new initiatives; * Manage and monitor the Juntos Somos Mais Program: an initiative targeted at the Retail segment of the Construction Materials market; * Develop and manage engagement campaigns; * Responsible for developing communications for activities and campaigns.
