Job Summary: A Material Planning professional, part of Supply Chain/S&OP, ensures material availability for the production plan by managing inventories and purchase orders. Key Highlights: 1. Multicultural, respectful, and inclusive work environment The Material Planning area is part of Supply Chain/S&OP and interfaces with external partners (suppliers/third parties). The work cycle follows MPS/MRP, with daily routines, weekly alignment cadence, and close collaboration with Procurement, Production, and Quality. Its mission is to ensure material availability at the right time, in the correct quantity, and at the lowest total cost, supporting the production plan while preventing stockouts and excess inventory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor order status with suppliers and address delays under supervision. * Track inventory levels and item coverage, flagging risks of stockouts or overstock. * Support PCP in prioritizing critical materials for the production plan. * Perform registrations, controls, and periodic reporting (items, suppliers, delivery dates). * Run and analyze MRP (in ERP system) to generate purchase requisitions/orders. * Update planning parameters (lead time, safety stock, minimum lot sizes) as directed. * Generate and maintain basic KPIs (supplier OTD, stockouts, coverage, inventory turnover). * Contribute to cyclic inventories and master data accuracy. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in Material Planning. * Intermediate Office Suite and Power BI skills. * SAP modules SD/PP/MM. * Basic knowledge of inventory/coverage, lead time, MPS/MRP/ERP, Kanban. * Intermediate English and intermediate Spanish. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) * Flexible working hours; * Meal Allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen Company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual Bonus (Profit Sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
