**Junior Controller Analyst** **APPLY VIA LINK:** https://jobs.recrutei.com.br/par\-rh\-consultoria/vacancy/125555\-analista\-de\-controladoria\-junior Area: Controller / Finance Work Model: On-site Level: Junior **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform expense forecasting and support the company’s financial planning. * Analyze, interpret, and consolidate accounting information to ensure clear visibility of results. * Develop, update, and manage financial and budgetary tracking spreadsheets. * Monitor, review, and analyze costs, expenses, and variances. * Participate in the preparation and analysis of the Income Statement (DRE), contributing insights and key performance indicators. * Support the controller team with monthly routines, financial closings, and reporting. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills (proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). * Strong analytical ability and comfort working with numbers. * Knowledge of accounting routines and familiarity with the Income Statement (DRE). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid ability to interpret financial data. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in controller, finance, or accounting functions. * Prior experience in cost/expense analysis. **Weekly Working Hours:** 44 Hours **Employment Type:** CLT Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
