Its primary responsibilities include executing the Annual Audit Plan, testing internal controls, and investigating fraud. Its purpose is to add value and improve company operations through evaluation and advisory activities. The department aims to build a high-performance team leveraging data analytics tools, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation (RPA), aligned with global internal audit standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct high-complexity audits with minimal supervision in accordance with the Annual Internal Audit Plan, assessing their efficiency and compliance with company policies and governmental regulations; * Support fraud investigations reported via the company’s Whistleblower Channel; * Prepare audit and fraud investigation reports, highlighting identified opportunities for improvement; * Provide technical guidance to Audit Analysts (Brazil and Mexico) in daily activities. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Law, or related fields. * MBA desirable * International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing \- Process review techniques \- risk and control assessment * Fraud investigation techniques * Brazilian and international accounting standards (IFRS) * Microsoft Office suite; data analytics tools (Qlik Sense knowledge desirable); Artificial Intelligence applications; SAP; robotic process automation (RPA). * Intermediate English and intermediate Spanish. * Experience in consulting firms focused on auditing is desirable. * Industry experience is desirable. * Proven experience conducting, reporting, and presenting audit and fraud investigation work with minimal supervision and full autonomy. * Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CFE) are a plus. **Additional Information** **Compensation and Incentives:** Variable Compensation (PRT) Attendance Bonus Tupy Multi-Benefits Card: Usable at establishments partnered with the company. **Financial Planning and Well-being:** Private Pension Plan Group Life Insurance Medical Assistance Dental Assistance On-site Meal **Education and Development:** SESI/SENAI Partnership Leisure and Quality of Life Tupy Athletic Association – Sports and Leisure Incentive (Gym, Martial Arts, Sports Courts and Events; Restaurants and Cafés; Leisure Spaces for Employees and Families; Authorized consumption using the company ID card (badge).
