Your main activities include: * Conducting periodic meetings with customers to monitor contracts, identify needs, and explore renewal or expansion opportunities; * Prospecting and negotiation; * Prospecting, building, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions; * Developing commercial proposals aligned with each customer’s profile and consumption requirements; * Negotiating commercial terms in accordance with company policy and risk parameters; * Analyzing CRM data to plan commercial actions and prioritize opportunities with the highest potential; * Coordinating with departments such as credit risk, product structuring, pricing, trading desk, legal, and energy supply to enable proposals and contracts; * Monitoring internal processes to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions to customers. * Monitoring trends in the electricity sector, short- and long-term market price fluctuations, and regulatory updates that may impact customers; * Preparing commercial performance reports, sales pipeline, and achievement of targets; * Presenting results to commercial leadership and contributing suggestions for continuous improvement of processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of the energy market, including regulations and trends; * Knowledge of energy tariffs, including understanding tariff structures, sectoral charges, subsidies, and related policies; * Experience in sales and negotiation, preferably in the electricity sector; * Ability to identify market opportunities and develop solutions meeting customer needs. **Desirable** * Language: English **Additional information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energy, the well-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us.
