Responsible for ensuring governance and accuracy of sales force support processes, managing customer master data, variable compensation calculation, and commercial expense control (DVV). The mission is to ensure that registration policies, commissions, discounts, and contract terminations are executed in compliance, while also operationally managing the vehicle fleet, continuously pursuing process automation and excellence in supporting the commercial team.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform complete customer registration in SAP, collecting information, validating documents, and performing pre\-registration to prevent duplicates and ensure database integrity.
* Conduct periodic maintenance and cleansing of customer master data, correcting registration and tax inconsistencies to ensure smooth billing.
* Calculate and process variable compensation, consolidating sales bases and applying commercial rules to ensure correct and timely payment.
* Analyze and validate commission payment discrepancies, addressing root causes of calculation or configuration errors to ensure sales force satisfaction.
* Analyze discount requests, verifying their legitimacy per commercial policy to approve or reject them with justification.
* Operationalize and formalize contract termination processes, handling system deactivation, recovery of materials/assets, and resolution of outstanding financial matters.
* Coordinate fleet management operations, monitoring traffic fines, fuel cards, and maintenance scheduling to ensure sales representatives' productivity.
* Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all areas under responsibility, ensuring internal knowledge retention.
* Handle service tickets related to area processes, ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
* Prior experience in variable commission calculations, customer database cleansing, and KPI and performance tracking.
* Participation in process improvement projects.
* Knowledge of SAP and service tools (ServiceNow).
* Familiarity with LGPD.
* Intermediate Office package: Excel
**Desirable Requirements**
* Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
* Intermediate Office package: Power BI
