Monitor invoice issuance and due dates, vendor/customer registration, and payment/receipt scheduling to ensure timely execution. Issue and record invoices (NF) and generate corresponding SPED files. Control and update bank reconciliations and management spreadsheets. Previous experience as a Financial Assistant, Junior Financial Analyst, Accounting Assistant, or Treasury Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
