With customers across Europe and Latin America, we are expanding our presence in LATAM — and we’re looking for an Account Executive to grow this region with us. **Your Role** As an Account Executive for LATAM, you will lead FactoryPal’s commercial activities across the region. You’ll work with industrial manufacturers to understand their operational challenges and guide them through complex, consultative sales processes that deliver real, measurable value. **What You’ll Do** * Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature. * Engage multiple stakeholders across operations, production, IT, and management. * Run product demos and develop ROI\-driven business cases. * Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success. * Build and maintain a strong, well\-qualified sales pipeline. * Support long\-term customer relationships and account expansion. Travel to customer sites and industry events across LATAM. * **What You Bring** * 3\+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, industrial, or manufacturing environments. * Experience managing complex, long\-cycle sales processes. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Comfort working with technical topics, data, and performance metrics. * Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
